Maintenance:
Maintenance of the Myogauge is limited to cleaning. After 1 year a service contract is available for a $690 annual fee.

Basic Principle:
Utilizing isometric testing with the Myogauge, users are able to test and monitor a persons muscle strength. A full body isometric evaluation of the entire musculo-skeletal system is now possible. Myogauge tests include 20 isometric procedures for all necessary major/minor muscle groups. The computer provides comprehensive graphs that represent the results, showing the strength and endurance of the tested muscle and comparing it with the results of the same muscle on the oposite side of the body. An obvious disparity between the two sides indicates the need for treatment. The graph documentation is automatically recorded in the patient's data bank for each isometric test performed.
