Health Is Wealth Maui LLC offers free shipping in the US on all purchases over $300, except for extra heavy product at our discretion. Shipping time depends upon product(s) ordered. Most items are in stock and will be shipped via Insured USPS, UPS or Fedex with signature required, for your protection. You can expect arrival with our free shipping program within one week. If an item is wanted sooner, overnight and next day options are sometimes available with specific products for a fee. Please ask your sales person. If you are from another country please request a shipping quote as prices vary.
Items that are refused or cancelled after the item is shipped and before it arrives at your location will incur a minimum 5% refund fee plus any shipping costs (shipping to and from your location), even if free shipping. These fees will be deducted from your refund.RETURNS - REFUND POLICY:

A money back guarantee is not offered or available for customers outside of the United States due to the complexities of dealing with international borders.
Many items* are available with a 30 day money back guarantee minus a 20% restocking fee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply call for a return authorization number and return your purchase in re-salable condition.
In order to qualify for the refund, the request must be made within 30 days of placing the order, the item must be in "like new" condition, meaning new condition with no marks, tears, scratches or erasures on the original product, and with all original retail packaging, literature, manuals, glasses, CD's, DVD's and warranties.
A customer must contact us within 30 days of ordering the product in order to receive a valid RA# and then put it in the mail within 1 week of receiving the RA#.
Packages sent without the RA number will be refused. We do not accept returns of any item returned more than 30 days after delivery or any item that is not in its original condition, or that is damaged or has missing parts. Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions. We do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns unless defective or damaged. If damaged or defective and the customer wishes to return with no replacement the customer must pay for shipping charges. Customer is responsible for loss or damage during shipping returns. We recommend all return packages be insured.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after receipt will not be refunded. Items returned within this time frame that are damaged and not in sellable condition will not receive a full refund.
Damaged or defective items that you receive damaged due to shipping or that are defective due to factory fault will be promptly exchanged. Please note that if you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee or shipping fee will apply.
PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN:
Only items that in "like new" resalable condition may be returned. Simply wrap the package securely in its original packaging, making sure to include all manuals and accessories. For your protection, we highly recommend that you adequately insure the item you are returning. Please call to get a return authorization number (RA#), include a note indicating the reason for your return and include the packing slip or receipt with your return.
Please ship it back via USPS Priority Insured Mail with a tracking number so that you have proof of delivery. All returns must include RA Number, a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return. Packages sent without Return Authorization Number will be refused. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of receipt of your item.

All shipping prices to any country outside of the USA, do NOT include any customs charges, duty charges or tax charges, which your country may charge you.
